July, 2008:
Brazilian HEADHUNTER D.C. is proud and honored to announce their contribution on the upcoming tribute to the Andean bests, South American Death Metal legends, mighty MORTEM from Perú. Even in spite of some previous bad experiences regarding tribute albums (i.e. Possessed and Necrovore tributes) the band is going to enter the studio soon to record the song “Summoned To Hell” from the classic “The Devil Speaks in Tongues” album. The invitation came from the label who’s in charge of the tribute, Peruvian Heavier Records, the same responsible for the “Demonios Atacan Los Angeles” live CD. Scheduled to be a late 2008 / early 2009 release and it will come in a very limited edition of only 500 copies. Undoubtedly a more than deserved tribute album! HEADHUNTER D.C. also still commemorates the great show with POSSESSED and SADISTIC INTENT in Recife, PE on last July the 5th during the four date tour of both bands which devastated Brazil recently.

July, 2008:

Recife will never be the same anymore! No words to describe the show in Recife, PE with the almighty Possessed and Sadistic Intent on last 5th. simply amazing! Despite the short setlist, this one surely can be mentioned as the most important show in the whole Headhunter D.C. history. There were around 1.200 wild deathbangers praising the gods of death at a night when Death Metal reigned supreme once again. Death Metal Came in the Wind...
