*(1º de Julho) Acontece a festa de comemoração dos 20 anos do HEADHUNTER D.C. para apenas 50 convidados muito especiais, entre eles Kleber Borges e Iaçanã Lima (membros originais do THRASHMASSACRE), Eduardo Falsão (primeiro vocalista do HEADHUNTER D.C.), Lord Vlad & Danilo Coimbra (MALEFACTOR), membros do Red Pigs Moto Group, Edilson Meugninuosoan (primeiro vocalista do MYSTIFIER), Leonardo Lima (INVERTED Sites - Web Design), João & Jonga (Maniac Records), Éder Dagon (Osculum Obscenum ‘zine), Anton Naberius (ETERNAL SACRIFICE), Arnald Aasmoodeeus & Tony Assis (UNGODLY), todos os membros do IMPETUOUS RAGE & INCRUST e os maníacos Winston Pacheco Jr., KK, Carlos “Carlota Joaquina”, Roque (Camaçari), Luiz Angelkiller, Ilha hellrockers, Marcos Pezão as metalgirls Milla, Karine & Ângela, Dibby & Serafa, entre outros metalheads que fazem parte de nossa irmandade deathmetálica. *(July the 1st) The HEADHUNTER D.C. 20th anniversary celebration’s party took place for only 50 very special guests, among them Kleber Borges and Iaçanã Lima (THRASHMASSACRE founding members), Eduardo Falsão (first HEADHUNTER D.C. vocalist), Lord Vlad and Danilo Coimbra (MALEFACTOR), members of Red Pigs Motorcycle Club, Edilson Meugninuosoan (first MYSTIFIER vocalist), Leonardo Lima (INVERTED Sites - Web Design), João and Jonga (Maniac Records), Éder Dagon (Osculum Obscenum ‘zine), Anton Naberius (ETERNAL SACRIFICE), Arnald Aasmoodeeus and Tony Assis (UNGODLY), all IMPETUOUS RAGE & INCRUST members and the maniacs Winston Pacheco Jr., KK, Carlos “Carlota Joaquina”, Roque (Camaçari), Luiz Angelkiller, Ilha hellrockers, Marcos Pezão, the metalgirls Milla, Karine & Ângela, Dibby & Serafa, among other crazy maniacs from our deathmetallic brotherhood. *O mês de Julho também marca o retorno do baterista Daniel “Beans” Brandão ao HEADHUNTER D.C.. Daniel, que também faz parte da banda local de Death/Thrash Metal INSAINTFICATION e havia atuado como session member na banda em sua turnê sulamericana “Spreading The Death Cult... Tour 2007 (Destruyendo Sudamerica)”, ocorrida entre Janeiro e Fevereiro, reestreou como baterista oficial do HEADHUNTER D.C. no show de lançamento de “God’s Spreading Cancer...” no dia 21, show que também marcou os seus 20 anos de existência. Fotos com a atual line-up vindo em breve!

*July also marks the return of drummer Daniel “Beans” Brandão to HEADHUNTER D.C.. Daniel, who is also member of a local Death/Thrash act called INSAINTFICATION and has performed as a session member in the band on its South American tour “Spreading The Death Cult... Tour 2007 (Destruyendo Sudamerica)” between January and February, re-debuted on the “God’s Spreading Cancer...” release party on the 21st, show that also marked its 20 years on the road. *Bombástico!!! Esse é apenas um dos vários adjetivos que poderemos dar ao show de lançamento de “God’s Spreading Cancer...” no dia 21/07, em Salvador, Bahia. O show aconteceu na casa de shows “Malagueta”, na orla marítima de Salvador, e contou com a participação de 3 bandas como supporting acts: SANCTIFIER, de Natal/RN, e as locais INCRUST e IMPETUOUS RAGE (esta última, na oportunidade lançando seu debut CD “Inverted Redemption”), as quais ajudaram o HEADHUNTER D.C. a fazer daquela a noite mais brutal, profana e anti-trend já vista em Salvador. Todas as 3 bandas de abertura simplesmente mataram em seus shows, preparando os metalheads presentes para o assalto apocalíptico que estava por vir: 2 horas e meia (!) de puro HEADHUNTER DEATH CULT Metal, num total de 19 músicas, sendo 8 delas do novo álbum, passando pelos 3 trabalhos anteriores, mais a inédita “Hymn To Babylon” do split com o SANCTIFIER e o cover dos mestres POSSESSED, “The Exorcist”. A banda ainda teve como convidados especiais o ex-vocalista Eduardo “Falsão”, que subiu ao palco para dividir os vocais com Baloff na clássica “Death Vomit”, e os membros fundadores do THRASHMASSACRE Kleber Borges (baixo) e Iaçanã Lima (bateria) tocando com a banda o açoite thrashmetálico “Angelkiller”. Fudidamente memorável!!! Um show que muito dificilmente será esquecido por todos os presentes naquela noite profana! Setlist: 1- Dysangelium (intro)/God is Dead / 2-Stillborn Messiah / 3- Celebrate the Chaos / 4-…And The Sky Turns To Black… / 5-Forgotten Existence / 6-Am I Crazy? / 7-Eternal Hatred / 8-Black Miracle / 9-Death Vomit / 10-Searching for Rottenness / 11-Hymn to Babylon / 12Angelkiller / 13- God’s Spreading Cancer... / 14-Inner Demons Rise! / 15-Why Wars? / 16-Conflicts of the Dark and Light / 17-Winds of Death / 18-The Exorcist / 19-Long Live The Death Cult.

*Bombastic!!! This is just one of the many adjectives we can give to the “God’s Spreading Cancer...” release party on the 21st of July, in Salvador, Bahia. The gig took place at the venue “Malagueta”, and featured 3 bands as supporting acts: SANCTIFIER, from Natal/RN, and the local ones INCRUST and IMPETUOUS RAGE (this last one releasing their debut CD “Inverted Redemption”), which helped HEADHUNTER D.C. to make from that the most brutal, unholy and untrendy night ever seen in Salvador. All the opening acts simply killed with their shows, preparing the present metalheads for the upcoming apocalyptic assault: 2 and a half hours (!) of pure HEADHUNTER DEATH CULT Metal in a total of 19 songs, being 8 of them from the new album, passing through the 3 previous works, more the brand new one “Hymn To Babylon” from the split with SANCTIFIER and the cover of the masters POSSESSED, “The Exorcist”. The band also had as special guests the ex-singer Eduardo Falsão, who came up the stage to share the vocals with Baloff in the classic “Death Vomit”, and the THRASHMASSACRE founding members Kleber Borges (bass) and Iaçanã Lima (drums) playing the thrashmetallic scourge “Angelkiller”. *A espera acabou! O tão longamente esperado 4º opus de blasfêmia “God’s Spreading Cancer...” é finalmente lançado perante as massas metálicas! O álbum é lançado simultaneamente na América do Sul, via Dying Music, e Europa, via Obscure Domain Productions. Agora a banda está em busca de uma nova parceria para licenciamento do álbum na América do Norte para dar continuidade ao processo de espalhar o Culto da Morte ao redor do mundo. Em Setembro sairá a sua versão gatefold LP pela Evil Spell Records, uma subsidiária da Undercover Records, da Alemanha. Essa versão contará com um 7” EP de bônus, incluindo uma versão bestial para o clássico do NECROVORE “Slaughtered Remains”, um pôster da banda e as 100 primeiras cópias em splattered vinyl. *The wait is over! The so long awaited fourth opus of blasphemy “God’s Spreading Cancer...” is finally unleashed upon the metallic masses! The album is simultaneously released in South America via Brazilian Dying Music and in Europe via German Obscure Domain Productions. Now the band is looking for a licensing partnership in North America to continue the process of spreading the Death Cult around the world. The gatefold LP version of the album will come out in September through Evil Spell Records, an Undercover Records sublabel, also from Germany. This version will include a 7” EP as bonus featuring a bestial version for NECROVORE’s classic “Slaughterd Remains”, a big poster of the band and the first 100 copies will come on splattered vinyl.
